As NWA continues to grow with people from different regions, our staff has done research to present  you and the local community with the various restaurant venues that are found in the Northwest Arkansas. Each of our restaurants offers distinct flavors for every kind of palate.

Our backgrounds vary, and like you, many of us have traveled  the world experiencing some of the best delicacies man has to offer. Northwest Arkansas has the unique ability to bring you a myriad of these foods and experiences, and we at Tidbits would like to showcase these different locales for you.

There is the owner and driving force behind both this website and www.nwaguide.net.  In addition, we have our restaurant reviewers - Susie, the chef and food scientist, and Jim with the insatiable hunger for delicacies.  Mark Hatwig, a local sommelier, does our wine reviews.  Last, but certainly not least, is the rest of support staff.  We are all very proud of what we have created here and hope you enjoy it!
